We aim to deliver the fastest most efficient method of shipment, with the utmost care to our amazing line of products. Our In Stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from when payment is cleared, with rare occasions exceeding this time. Weekend & public holidays are not working days, therefore will affect timelines. All deliveries unless specified are door to door deliveries.

 

Small Items

  • Small Appliances (Kettles, Toasters, TVs below 32", Microwaves, Vacuums etc...) are delivered anywhere in Australia via our Courier partners. 
  • At Appliance Giant, we provide Free Shipping to selected Metro Zones in Australia. We offer a Discounted Price to other zones outside of these zones, please check the postage calculator in the product page, at checkout or contact us for pricing. We aim to provide Free Shipping to as many cities and postcodes as possible and are continually growing to expand these zones. 
  • Once an order has been placed, we will confirm stock and dispatch the order. An email or SMS will be sent to your designated contact mediums, notifying you of the items tracking number. Using the tracking number you will be able to track the item every step of the way.
  • To ensure a secure delivery, an individual will need to be present at the premises to sign for the item.
  • Please also note: If no one is present to receive the delivery, a card will be left at the front door or in your mail box. You will then need to collect your item at your local Post Office or our chosen Courier depot (proof of I.D. will be required). 

Larger Items

  • Home Appliances (Ovens, Cooktops, Freezers, TVs above 32", Fridges, Washers etc...) are delivered anywhere in Australia, unless the item specifies Sydney Metro only, via our dedicated delivery partners/couriers.
