The Electrolux Pyrolytic Dark Steam Oven is a highly inventive home appliance that offers an exceptional cooking experience by combining design and technology. It's 80 L gross (72 L net) in size, and its gorgeous dark stainless steel virtually shouts, "Cook more." Furthermore, it is a multifunction pyrolytic oven that can do 19 different specialised cooking modes, such as fan cooking, traditional bake, roast, pizza, pastry, full grill, fan grill, keep-warm, defrost, dough proving, slow-cooking, Steam, Air Frying, and more besides the core mode to cater to the needs of the user. The introduction of steam enhances the Steam Roast, traditional oven heat. So not only are meats crisp and golden outside, but thanks to the gentle flavour-preserving nature of steam.

Operating the system is straightforward, thanks to a responsive TFT touchscreen that offers a user-friendly interface. Other conveniences, such as the Soft Move door, Easy-glide side racks, and quadruple-glazed doors, also take safety, convenience, and energy efficiency to the next level. The pyrolytic self-cleaning process removes impurities from the oven cavity by burning them off, eliminating the need for water or cleaning agents —a hygienic and time-saving process.
