At Appliance Giant all our items are dispatched from our Australian warehouse located in Sydney’s South West. We aim to deliver the fastest most efficient method of shipment, with the utmost care to our amazing line of products. Our items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from when payment is cleared, with rare occasions exceeding this time. No weekend, public holidays or after hours delivery is available as these are not working days. All deliveries unless specified are door to door deliveries.

Set shipping prices are for Major Capital Cities only. If you do live out of our metro zones, we may charge you an extra delivery fee. Please contact us to check if you will incur any extra charges.
Products are delivered by either Australia Post's reliable national service, TNT Express, Allied Express or expedited service.
Items labelled as Free Shipping are based on a select group of metro cities and post codes only. We aim to provide Free Shipping to as many cities and post codes as possible and are continually growing to expand these zones.
Once an order has been placed, we will confirm stock and dispatch the order. An email or SMS will be sent to your designated contact mediums, notifying you of the items tracking number. Using the tracking number, you will be able to track the item every step of the way.
To ensure a secure delivery, an individual will need to be present at the premises to sign for the item.
An individual may also request a safe drop. This is where the courier will place the item at a secure location on site. (For this request, please note we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any goods)
Please also note: If no one is present to receive the delivery, a card will be left at the front door or in your mail box. You will then need to collect your item at your local Post Office or Allied Express depot (proof of I.D. will be required). Deliveries are made Door to Door, to an easy location outside the household and are only delivered to the ground floor of the address provided. If you would like it to be man handled into your household please contact us and we will be able to discuss your case, as we believe every customer is unique.
Deliveries are undertaken via Appliance Giant’s own delivery trucks or Allied Express national delivery network.

In an event where demand exceeds available supply, shipping times may be delayed. In an event when a client is not present to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee may incur.

Our Team at Appliance Giant will do everything to please our customers but if we believe that a customer refuses to comply with the terms of sale, we carry the right to cancel an order if we believe the customer's demands are excessive. At appliancegiant.com.au we have no grey imports! All our products are brand new and are sourced directly from the Australian Manufacturer/Distributor. All items are delivered directly from our manufacturers to our distribution centre in Sydney's West prior to being picked, packed and dispatched to you. In some instances, the item may be delivered direct from the manufacturer.
In an event where demand exceeds available supply, Appliance Giant may choose to refund your order partially or in full. Every customer will be personally advised via a communication medium should this event occur. Refunds in these circumstances will be processed within 1-3 business days.
We gladly accept PayPal, Amex, MasterCard and Visa for all our Orders. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, plus direct bank transfer. PayPal provides a buyer protection with coverage of up to $20,000 provided by PayPal. We, unfortunately, do not accept credit cards directly over the phone.
All items sold at Appliance Giant online are brand new direct from the manufacturer. All items include the standard manufacturer's warranty where applicable, where NO factory second item is sold within the Appliance Giant online channels.
Prices for delivery are set according to the product category and postcode where some items may be marked with a promotional free delivery.
Depending on the size of the item. Our couriers can deliver to any registered Australian street address. As to our own fleet of delivery vehicles we deliver through Sydney metro. Unfortunately, Appliance Giant does not deliver to a limited number of PO Boxes or to any international addresses.
All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in South Western Sydney. Customer’s do have the option to pick up their products directly from our Warehouse at 10 Cavasinni Place, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164. However, prior notification of pick-up we will need to be informed by the client.
You can select the additional warranty on our product pages or at checkout. We are also able to add the 30 days post purchase warranty option. Please contact us on 1300 444 268 to discuss warranty terms and methods of extending.
If you have an issue with the item, our team will be more than happy to discuss this with you. We will provide refunds pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the "Act") namely, if the goods you purchased: - A. Are not of merchantable quality; B. Are not fit for its purpose; C. Do not match the sample. You should return your goods within a reasonable time if A-C above occurs and provide Us with: Proof of purchase by producing the original Tax Invoice. Your Tax Invoice will be emailed directly to the email address provided when purchasing the item. If you would like a hard copy of your invoice, please contact us. The Goods listed on the Tax Invoice with all original packaging and manuals enclosed (including any Bonus Offers) Suitable ID to identify you as the original purchaser; and Details of the fault or issue with the product and that the fault or issue was not caused by you.

On cancelling the order, we reserve the right to an administrative fee to cover any reasonable costs in respect to your order cancellation. We will refund according to our Refund Policy. Your order will be dispatched from our distribution centre in Wetherill Park within 1-3 business days and arrive at your delivery address within 3-14 days depending on where in Australia you are. Delivery to parts of Australia, Northern Territory, Western Australia and remote/isolated and rural areas may take significant time.
