What is shipping like you may ask? SAFE, EFFICIENT and RELIABLE.

At Appliance Giant all our items are dispatched from our Australian warehouse located in Sydney’s South West. We aim to deliver the fastest most efficient method of shipment, with the utmost care to our amazing line of products. Our items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from when payment is cleared, with rare occasions exceeding this time. No weekend, public holidays or after hours delivery is available as these are not working days. All deliveries unless specified are door to door deliveries.

Small Items

Shipping Prices are pre-set within each respective product listing.

Set shipping prices are for Major Capital Cities only. If you do live out of our metro zones, we may charge you an extra delivery fee. Please contact us to check if you will incur any extra charges.

Products are delivered by either Australia Post's reliable national service, TNT Express, Allied Express or  expedited service. 

Items labelled as Free Shipping are based on a select group of metro cities and post codes only. We aim to provide Free Shipping to as many cities and post codes as possible and are continually growing to expand these zones.

Once an order has been placed, we will confirm stock and dispatch the order. An email or SMS will be sent to your designated contact mediums, notifying you of the items tracking number. Using the tracking number, you will be able to track the item every step of the way.

To ensure a secure delivery, an individual will need to be present at the premises to sign for the item.

An individual may also request a safe drop. This is where the courier will place the item at a secure location on site. (For this request, please note we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any goods)

Please also note: If no one is present to receive the delivery, a card will be left at the front door or in your mail box. You will then need to collect your item at your local Post Office or Allied Express depot (proof of I.D. will be required).  For full delivery terms and conditions please refer to Australia Posts or Allied Express’ website.

Large Items

Deliveries are made Door to Door, to an easy location outside the household and are only delivered to the ground floor of the address provided. If you would like it to be man handled into your household please contact us and we will be able to discuss your case, as we believe every customer is unique.

Deliveries are undertaken via Appliance Giant’s own delivery trucks or Allied Express national delivery network.

If an item has been arranged to be delivered by our internal truck network, we will contact you to arrange a scheduled delivery time. 

Also Take Note:

We do not ship to PO Boxes, due to the sizes and value of our products.

If you require insurance on your delivery, please contact us to discuss these services.

Deliveries being made to an Island or a Regional location may incur an additional fee, please contact us to confirm if you will be charged a fee, as every case is treated uniquely.

In an event where demand exceeds available supply, shipping times may be delayed. In an event when a client is not present to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee may incur.

No weekend, public holidays or after hours delivery is available as these are not working days. Delivery is only from Door to Door.

Our Team at Appliance Giant will do everything to please our customers but if we believe that a customer refuses to comply with the terms of sale, we carry the right to cancel an order if we believe the customer's demands are excessive.
