Description

The Omega Appliance 90cm Induction Cooktop offers a comfortable, versatile, and top-class performance cooktop, available in black with a front bevelled glass edge. Its top is made of Schott Ceran heat-resistant glass, which is also very easy to clean. The Omega Appliance cooktop has a width of 900mm, a depth of 520mm, and a height of 58mm, providing a large footprint suitable for large benches.  The cooktop features five induction zones, including two Bridge Zones and one large Flex Zone. The cooktop is therefore very flexible and allows users to customise their cooking with different sizes and shapes of cookware. Four smaller zones measure approximately 220×190mm, each with 1800W of standard power and up to 2100W of booster power. The Flex Zone is approximately 280mm wide, featuring a standard power of about 3000W with a booster of 4000W. 

In addition to the nine adjustable power levels, a boost function is available, enabling complete heat control from very low to very high settings. The controls are located at the front, featuring a touch-and-slide style, with an LED display that offers 99-minute zone timers and automatic pan detection as additional features. Safety is a priority through the use of child locks and auto shut-off systems. Consequently, these features, together, make the Omega Appliance a top-notch induction cooktop, offering size, precision, safety, and design for the truly dedicated home cook.
