Where do our Appliances come from?
At appliancegiant.com.au we have no grey imports! All our products are brand new and are sourced directly from the Australian Manufacturer/Distributor. All items are delivered directly from our manufacturers to our distribution centre in Sydney's West prior to being picked, packed and dispatched to you. In some instances, the item may be delivered direct from the manufacturer.
Can Appliance Giant cancel my order?
In an event where demand exceeds available supply, Appliance Giant may choose to refund your order partially or in full. Every customer will be personally advised via a communication medium should this event occur. Refunds in these circumstances will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Which payment methods can I use?
We gladly accept PayPal, Amex, MasterCard and Visa for all our Orders. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, plus direct bank transfer. PayPal provides a buyer protection with coverage of up to $20,000 provided by PayPal. We, unfortunately, do not accept credit cards directly over the phone.
Does Appliance Giant sell brand new or factory second products?
All items sold at Appliance Giant online are brand new direct from the manufacturer. All items include the standard manufacturer's warranty where applicable, where NO factory second item is sold within the Appliance Giant online channels.
What are Appliances Giant delivery charges?
Prices for delivery are set according to the product category and postcode where some items may be marked with a promotional free delivery.
Where does Appliances Giant deliver to?
Depending on the size of the item. Our couriers can deliver to any registered Australian street address. As to our own fleet of delivery vehicles we deliver through Sydney metro. Unfortunately, Appliance Giant does not deliver to a limited number of PO Boxes or to any international addresses.
Where does Appliance Giant ship orders from?
All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in South Western Sydney. Customer’s do have the option to pick up their products directly from our Warehouse at 10 Cavasinni Place, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164. However, prior notification of pick-up we will need to be informed by the client.
Can I purchase an extended warranty for the product I am wanting to buy or have bought? You can select the additional warranty on our product pages or at checkout. We are also able to add the 30 days post purchase warranty option. Please contact us on 1300 444 268 to discuss warranty terms and methods of extending.
What happens if my item is faulty or breaks down?
If you have an issue with the item, our team will be more than happy to discuss this with you. We will provide refunds pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the "Act") namely, if the goods you purchased: - A. Are not of merchantable quality; B. Are not fit for its purpose; C. Do not match the sample. You should return your goods within a reasonable time if A-C above occurs and provide Us with: Proof of purchase by producing the original Tax Invoice. Your Tax Invoice will be emailed directly to the email address provided when purchasing the item. If you would like a hard copy of your invoice, please contact us. The Goods listed on the Tax Invoice with all original packaging and manuals enclosed (including any Bonus Offers) Suitable ID to identify you as the original purchaser; and Details of the fault or issue with the product and that the fault or issue was not caused by you.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order by contacting us via a communication medium, either at 1300 444 268 or email our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org. On cancelling the order, we reserve the right to an administrative fee to cover any reasonable costs in respect to your order cancellation. We will refund according to our Refund Policy. How long will it take for your order to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched from our distribution centre in Wetherill Park within 1-3 business days and arrive at your delivery address within 3-14 days depending on where in Australia you are. Delivery to parts of Australia, Northern Territory, Western Australia and remote/isolated and rural areas may take significant time.
